The first edition of the CEE Annual Payments Forum took place on the 22nd of October 2019. It was organised with the support of the National Bank of Romania. The topics discussed included issues related to the Payment Services Directive and the adoption of new technologies and innovations in the field of financial banking services. The event was a pioneer in bringing ‘to the same table’ traditional players in the financial banking market and fintech entities in Romania.
